Servo Press Brake Operating System
During the downward movement of the upper beam, the servo motors tension the belts over the main pulley system to generate bending force. The upper beam returns with the assistance of springs, providing energy savings.
ESA 875 3D W Control Unit
Parts to be bent can be drawn on the screen, and the CNC control unit calculates the fastest bending sequence through the automatic bend sequencing system.
Backgauge Features
X – R Type backgauge (Standard) with a ball-screw-driven X axis and dual linear guides. 750 mm X-axis travel, 250 mm R-axis travel and 2 manual backgauge fingers. Positioning accuracy +0.03 mm and repeatability +0.03 mm.
