Dener CNC angle-adjustable shears feature a monoblock welded steel body, precision rear support, high-quality blades and a user-friendly CNC control system, proving their quality and reliability in the sheet metal processing industry.
Dener CNC Guillotine Shears are available as standard with cutting lengths from 3 metres to 6 metres and cutting thicknesses from 6 mm to 20 mm. Thicknesses and lengths outside these ranges are produced according to special requests from customers.
Dener CNC Hydraulic Guillotine Shears automatically adjust the cutting angle and cutting gap based on the sheet thickness and sheet type values entered via the control unit, eliminating the hassle of manually adjusting the angle and blade gap for different sheet types. This enables high-quality and precise cutting. With the cutting programme memory, sheet metal plates of various sizes can be cut quickly in a single programme, increasing productivity.
With the new generation CNC control unit, the operator can quickly and easily create a cutting programme and start production effortlessly. When the thickness, cutting length, sheet type and cutting width of the sheet to be cut are entered into the ESA 630 CNC unit, the CNC unit automatically calculates the required angle, blade clearance and back support distance, leaving the operator only to place the sheet and perform the cutting operation. The upper blade descends according to the length of the sheet to be cut, preventing the machine from descending fully for short pieces and thus ensuring more efficient, economical, and faster cutting. The blade clearance and cutting angle, which are automatically adjusted according to the type and thickness of the sheet to be cut, enable the best cutting quality to be achieved in the most economical way. This system prevents operators from making mistakes and prevents damage to any part of the machine.
