The economical, powerful, fast and precise new Smart XL CNC Press Brake is designed for companies operating in the small and medium-sized sheet metal working sector. The ESA S 640 2D Series CNC control unit, supplied as standard on Dener Press Brakes, features direct angle programming and a bend sequencing system. Multi-step parts can be completed in a single operation, with each step changed automatically by the CNC.
The programmable upper beam opening distance, dwell time at the bending point, upper beam opening speed after bending and bending speed make even the most difficult bending operations easy while accelerating production. With 2D part and tool programming on a computer, programs for subsequent parts can be prepared while the machine continues operating. Bending steps are selected automatically and can be transferred to the machine via USB or a local network connection.

The backgauge is one of the most important elements affecting bending quality when producing precise parts. Whether your parts require a single step or multiple complex steps, they can be bent with up to 6 axes and X-axis accuracy of ±0.03.
ESA 875 3D Control Unit
Parts to be bent can be drawn on the screen. The automatic bend sequencing system enables visual monitoring of the bending steps and calculates the fastest way to bend the parts.
