The economical, powerful, efficient and user-friendly hydraulic swing beam guillotine shear, equipped with a numerical control unit, is one of the models most preferred by users. The monoblock welded steel frame is machined with high precision in CNC machining centers, equipped with world-renowned components and supplied to the sheet metal forming industry in accordance with the highest quality standards.

Dener NC shears are manufactured as standard with thickness capacities from 6 mm to 16 mm and cutting lengths from 2 m to 6 m. In addition to these dimensions, custom solutions with different cutting lengths and thickness capacities can be provided in line with customer requirements.

The NC swing beam hydraulic shear can store 100 programs, each containing 20 cutting steps, in its numerical control unit with extensive memory and can easily reload a stored program when required. The NC unit can also record data such as total operating hours and total number of cuts. Steel plates can be cut with high precision using the 1000 mm motorized ball-screw backgauge. Sheets of different thicknesses can be cut easily with the blade clearance system, which can be adjusted from a single point. The sheet cutting length adjustment system on the control panel allows short parts to be cut more quickly, increasing machine speed and productivity.

The Maper HT 061 is a compact and user-friendly single-axis shear control unit. With a memory for 99 programs and 20 cutting steps in each program, it provides users with highly convenient operation. Its backgauge positioning and retract function prevents parts from becoming trapped between the backgauge and the machine during cutting. The cut counter advances through program steps automatically, allowing sheets to be cut rapidly to the required dimensions.

The backgauge operates in three different modes: manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic. Its precision ball-screw system and drive-controlled motor system provide high- and low-speed options for both fast and accurate positioning.
