Instead of offering a single model, Dener provides 5 different fiber laser series designed for various production capacities and budgets. All requirements, from entry-level compact systems to industrial large-format machines, are met under one roof.
Model Series and Features
Dener fiber laser cutting machines are manufactured in five distinct series: Pro DC, Smart DC, Smart S, Smart F and Smart SC. Each series offers different table sizes, power levels and control options.
The Pro DC series is manufactured in 3015, 4020, 6020 and 8025 table sizes, with power options ranging from 3 kW to 20 kW. It is equipped with Max and Raycus resonator alternatives, BOCI BLT421S and BLT683H laser head options, and FsCut 4000E, 6000 and 8000C control systems. Its one-piece welded frame, resistant to high acceleration, and cutting speed of 120 m/min make it stand out in mass production.
The Smart DC series is ideal for facilities requiring large-format cutting, with a wide range of table sizes from 3015 to 12526. Its power options from 3 kW to 40 kW and advanced head systems such as BOCI BLT9120+SKY EYES meet the requirements of heavy industry.
The Smart S series offers a compact and economical solution in 3015, 4020 and 6020 sizes, with a power range of 3 kW – 12 kW. It is optimized for medium-sized contract sheet metal cutting businesses.
The Smart F series is designed for applications requiring small-part cutting and high precision, with size options ranging from 800×800 mm to 3015 and a power range of 3 kW – 12 kW.
The Smart SC series has been specifically developed for cutting very thick materials and for high-capacity industrial production, with large-format sizes ranging from 6025 to 25040 and power capacity of up to 40 kW.
Common Technical Advantages
All Dener fiber laser series are equipped with a Yaskawa servo motor and drive system, THK linear guide rails, and a Framo Morat rack-and-pinion and gearbox system. BOCI cutting heads and the FsCut control platform (CypCut / CypCut Pro / HypCut interfaces) are provided as standard. The automatic pallet changing system allows the other table to be loaded while cutting continues, ensuring uninterrupted production.

A fiber laser cutting machine is a CNC-controlled sheet metal working machine that cuts metal sheets with millimetric precision using a high-intensity laser beam. Compared with plasma and waterjet cutting, it delivers much faster, cleaner and more repeatable cutting results. High-Performance Z Axis
The Z axis of the Dener Pro Fiber Laser has been designed and configured to reach 1G acceleration. It can easily withstand high acceleration while maintaining cutting accuracy. Outperforming its competitors, the Z axis has a stroke length of 350 mm.

FSCUT CNC Controller
FSCUT is a cost-effective laser control system suitable for cutting power levels from 1.5 to 60 kW. Based on EtherCAT and integrating motion, laser and gas control, it is widely used for sheet metal cutting.
Strong and Rigid Frame Structure
Following the selection of high-quality steel, the frame undergoes welding and stress-relief processes. The remaining parts are machined on a highly precise 5-axis gantry milling and drilling machine. The resulting frame is rigid, ergonomic and highly resistant to the high-speed movements of the gantry.
Automatic Pallet Changing System
The Automatic Pallet Changing System consists of two moving tables. While cutting continues on the table inside the machine, sheet metal can be loaded onto the other table or processed parts can be collected.
Slag Cart
Slag carts are provided to easily collect parts that fall after cutting operations.
